Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20 May 2026

This Refund Policy explains how FinSpyne handles refunds, advance payments, and client satisfaction for professional financial services.

3.1 Our Philosophy

At FinSpyne, we are not worried about the money — we are worried about your satisfaction.

In most cases, we complete the work first and collect payment after. Where an advance has been paid, we are committed to being fair.

If you are not happy with our service for any reason, we will make it right.

3.2 When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

  • You paid an advance but did not like our service or approach at any stage
  • You experienced communication difficulties, process inconvenience, or felt the service did not meet your expectations
  • You changed your mind before your return or filing was submitted to a government portal
  • You paid in advance and we were unable to complete your work within a reasonable timeframe

If your experience with FinSpyne was not what you expected for any reason, contact us and we will issue your refund without making it difficult for you.

3.3 When a Refund Cannot Be Issued

A refund cannot be issued once the service has been fully completed and delivered.

A service is considered fully completed when:

  • Your ITR has been filed on the Income Tax Department portal and acknowledgement has been generated
  • Your GST return has been filed and confirmation has been shared
  • Your ROC or MCA filing has been submitted and acknowledged
  • Your accounting deliverables such as P&L, Balance Sheet, or MIS have been prepared and delivered
  • A CA Certificate has been issued and sent to you

Once the work is completed and delivered, the CA’s professional effort cannot be reversed and most government filings cannot be undone.

Therefore, refunds cannot be issued in such situations.

3.4 Advance Payments

  • If work has not yet started — full refund, no questions asked
  • If work is in progress but not delivered — full refund if you are not satisfied with our service or approach
  • If work is fully completed and delivered — refund cannot be issued as described above
