FinSpyne was founded in 2026 by two qualified Chartered Accountants — CA Karan Bansal and CA Keshav Paul — each bringing years of experience from the world's leading professional services firms including Deloitte, EY, and KPMG.
Having worked at the highest levels of the profession, both founders observed the same problem — across India, tax returns, GST filings, and compliance work were being handled by articles, unqualified agents, and software, with the client bearing the consequences in the form of notices, errors, and penalties.
